Update***** Given the response to this from Breezeline, they added to the incompentence on dealing with it's customers. Please, anyone try the link in their response. It doesn't work! This company has zero ability to connect with it's customers. It seems the replier either has no clue on what they sent, or they just want to appear to "care" by putting something down. Original two star had these comments: Let me start with technician Troy, technician #3678 deserves 5 stars. Excellent work, courteous and solved the problem. Why the low rating? Because of the zero star rating of the people on the phone and chat. First of all good luck getting a human. Then if you do they our outsourced, rude, and clueless. Shame on you Breezline. Saving a buck and putting us in total hell when we are having issues.

I cannot believe some one said best customer service. I have been trying to get the internet installed for days. They sent the box but it does not work. So I called to make sure it is activated . Two separate calls. All I asked was to see if it was activated. To see if they can see the box. I was out on hold for 2 1/2 hours the first time and an hour the second time. They have an AI assistant that just comes on and changes the time to wait. The first time I let it go to see how long it would go but after 2 and a half hours I gave up. Last night I only waited an hour. I will stop in the office today but if they can't help I'm changing the service

This is the worst internet company I have ever had to deal with. They are practicing illegal business practices. We are unable to use their service, we have reported this, they still want us to pay for a month of service that we did not receive. Their representative said they can and will charge us because their contract protects them. This is illegal due to state and federal law that supersedes their contract. They broke their own contract by not providing the service. We've been trying for over a week to just talk to a supervisor and they won't let us. We keep being told the supervisor will call back, but the never do.

Troy is certainly a positive addition to Breezeline! He was punctunional, worked dilligently to set up our system., and took time to ensure our TV and internet connections were working. We are very satisfied with the results. A good guy!

They are outrageously overpriced.... Then they want to charge you $99 for a technician to come and move the router. That's when I was done. I have an outstanding bill of $300 for two months. Do the math. Yeah, that's how much it was per month for service that wasn't even the best.
